Subject to platform access, compliance, and account availability, the following core systems may continue to function for up to twelve (12) months from onboarding:

3. Services Outside Continuity Scope
The following services require active human intervention, creative execution, or ad spend, and are not included under continuity assurance:

Reactivation or remarketing execution
These services may be re-engaged separately as needed. And If Client Want To On Board Again (Subject To Zip Code Slot Availability, And Man Power Access,

4. Transition & Handover Support
To ensure operational stability, MediBoost AI may provide:
Consultant-level handover coordination

This support is advisory in nature and does not imply ongoing execution.
5. Authority & Exclusivity Policy
To maintain clarity and effectiveness:
MediBoost AI onboards only one consultant per specialty per defined service area / zip code
Once a slot is allocated, duplication is avoided for that specialty-area combination
Exclusivity applies only to the defined scope and duration of engagement
This policy exists to protect authority positioning, not to guarantee market dominance.
Note That: During The Service Backed Guarantee Period, MediBoost AI Is Free To On Board Another Consultant From Your Speciality And Zip Code, Which Might Be A Direct Competitor To The Index Client. So One Consultant/Speciality/Zip Code Contract Ends When An Index Client Wants To Leave

To deliver services, MediBoost AI may utilize:

Third-party platforms including Google, Meta, CRM providers, hosting services
SEO specialists, creative professionals, production partners, or influencers
AI systems and third-party platforms involve inherent risks, policy changes, and limitations beyond MediBoost AI’s direct control.
All third-party partners are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.
